What your job duties will entail :

• You will build strong relationships with internal and external customers to create Customers for Life
• You will be responsible for the day to day operations of a Insulation Installer, using excellent time management skills :

You will load materials on the truck to take to the worksite

• You will inspect worksite for safety hazards and notify the supervisor of any dangers
• You will complete any necessary prep work for proper installation
• You will install insulating materials according to work order
• You will perform quality checks after products are installed
• You will follow a service schedule within an assigned territory ensuring safe and timely arrival at each customers location
• You will complete the necessary paperwork as required for job pay and inventory accountability
• You will partner with internal groups such as customer service, sales, fellow service professionals, and management to ensure extraordinary customer service
• You will perform warehouse duties that may include cleaning, inventory, loading and unloading trucks and trailers
• You will keep a Safety-First mindset, including when operating company equipment and company vehicle

Qualifications : What you need :

What you need :

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No Experience Required!
• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid drivers license required
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Physical Demands / Working Environment :

We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations :

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Able to lift and move ladders larger than 32 foot, and climb 60 feet
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
