As the Restoration Project Manager , you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews.

This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence. Job Description :

• Develop and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Lead and direct restoration projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate team meetings, personnel, materials and equipment.
• Monitor job progress and provide regular updates to the team.
• Ensure quality control throughout each phase of the project.
• Supervise laborers and other assigned personnel.
• Handle paperwork associated with inspections, permits, subcontracts, etc.

Job Duties :

• Estimate costs for materials, labor and construction duration.
• Negotiate customer and / or client approval of project scope and estimate
• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software
• Negotiate customer and / or client approval of project scope and estimate
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors
• Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets

Additional Responsibilities :

• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Provide priority response to potential customers
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates

Qualifications :

• Extensive experience in project management. (3+ years)
• Ability to effectively manage budgets and timelines.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Xactimate experience (2+ years)
• Excellent communication with both customers and personnel.
• Technical knowledge of building materials and techniques.
• Knowledge of OSHA and other applicable safety regulations related to construction projects.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and make decisions quickly onsite.
• Ability to work collaboratively with design, engineering, and sales teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset for quality control checks.
• Understanding of local building codes related to restoration projects
• Experience in restoration and / or construction preferred.
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma / GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 1 year of management and / or supervisory experience
• At least 3 years of industry experience
• IICRC certification a preferred

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Good balance and agility to climb ladders and move over uneven surfaces and work at ceiling heights
• Dexterity with small hand tools and materials.
• Endurance to work in all weather conditions, including hot or cold temperatures.
• Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch for extended periods of time.
• Good eyesight for reading drawings, plans, and checklists.
• Ability to use power tools safely and in accordance with OSHA regulations.
