Position : Full-Time Nurse
Shift : Evening
Location : Santa Rosa, CA
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with empathy and expertise.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments as needed.
Educate patients and families about health conditions and self-care strategies.
Required Qualifications :
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Valid California Registered Nurse License.
Current National Provider BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
