Principal System Administrators, internally known as Principal Analyst, infrastructure Workplace Services, collaborate with a diverse team to support exciting, critical programs with classified information system capabilities.

Success in this role means you are able to develop, implement and maintain secure, cost-efficient environments across various classified programs.

Program teams rely on your collaboration and guidance to define computing requirements and create end-to-end solutions to solve complex IT infrastructure problems.

What You Will Do :

System Administrative Advisory duties to include management of Windows and Linux workstations on EVDI and physical.Troubleshooting application functionality, crash, and performanceInvestigate user performance and work with external teams to improve user experienceAssist customers with Tier 2 incident resolution for Linux and windows applicationsProvide remote end user desktop supportIdentifies, analyzes, and resolves system incidents with both short-term workarounds and long-term solutionsResponds to escalated service desk / team requestsCommunicate effectively (in oral and written form) with a variety of individuals, work well within small and large team environmentsWillingness to provide initial triage, response, and notifications for incidentsParticipates in special projects as required Full time 100% Onsite position

Qualifications You Must Have :

Typically requires bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or a master’s degree and minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience.

Must have an active and transferable U.S. government issued TS / SCI Polygraph security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.

S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Candidate must have a current DoD Information Assurance (IA) Certification to be considered for employment;

either valid CompTIA Security+ CE, Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)-SecurityExperience with Active DirectoryExperience with the following : DNS, DHCP, DFS, LDAPExperience Linux and Windows

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
