Join us as a Lead Customer Success Operations Analyst! As a Lead Customer Success Operations Analyst at BMC, you will spearhead programs aimed at improving customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, and overall success.

  • Identify, design, and implement strategic programs to improve customer success metrics and outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to key deadlines and objectives within the Customer Success organization, tracking progress against strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with teams across Customer Success, Operations, Sales, and R&D to align efforts for successful execution of cross-functional programs.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to generate actionable insights that help shape organizational strategy. Use these insights to adjust programs and optimize results.
  • Provide regular updates on program status, challenges, and results to leadership and relevant stakeholders. Prepare and present insights to executive teams as necessary.

To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience :

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field and 5+ years of project / program management experience, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.
  • You have strong analytical skills, with a history of using data to inform decision-making and simplify complex ideas. Familiarity with Tableau is a plus.
  • You have experience with project management tools and software. Familiarity with BMC products and services is a plus.
  • Experience in utilizing AI technologies in customer success or operational processes is an advantage.

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets;

experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.

At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at / near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $108,525 - $180,875
