LPN Job Highlights
- The pay for this position is $33.79 - $37.17 per hour.
- Monday-Friday, Day shift, 30 - 38 hours per week, 10-hour shifts; Saturday-Sunday, 7-8 hours. Schedule is usually 3 weekdays + 1 rotational weekend day (Saturday or Sunday not both)
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services.
- Administer immunizations and injections and provides evidence-based patient / parent vaccine counseling and education.
- Assess patients during intake.
- Take vital signs.
- Perform diagnostic tests such as EKG, Retinopathy screening.
- Perform Point of care testing
- Perform patient registration and intake, assist with wait room management and other responsibilities to enhance the patient experience.
- Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience.
- Help meet our mission to help people on their path to better health by providing excellent patient-focused connections and activities.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse, active and in good standing
- Active BLS required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.
- Previous experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Record
