We are seeking a B2B Enterprise Marketing Leader (Associate Director) who excels in building and sustaining communities as a key channel with the purpose of developing deep C-suite relationships.
This role requires a strong business acumen and an outcome-oriented approach to driving measurable marketing impact focused on lead generation, revenue growth, and aligning marketing efforts with the company's business goals.
Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain communities of C-suite executives across key verticals and ideal customer profiles, driving engagement aligned with business strategy.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that directly contribute to lead generation, customer acquisition, and measurable revenue growth.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, events, PR) to support pipeline and business goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and business leaders to design, manage, and execute campaigns that grow the referral business channel.
- Manage marketing budgets, focusing on ROI and driving business outcomes.
- Track, analyze, and optimize key business metrics (top, middle, and bottom of the funnel; conversion rates, pipeline contribution) to improve marketing performance and directly impact revenue.
- Leverage new technologies, including Generative AI, to enhance marketing efficiency and business growth.
Qualifications :
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles focused on driving measurable business outcomes.
- Proven ability to align marketing strategies with business goals, driving lead generation, community engagement, and revenue growth.
- Strong business acumen, with an emphasis on translating marketing initiatives into tangible business metrics.
- Experience building relationships with C-suite executives and leveraging those for business impact.
- Results-oriented, with a proven track record of delivering on KPIs like revenue growth, lead quality, and pipeline acceleration.
