An industry leading Milwaukee based contractor is looking for a Project Manager who can lead large-scale commercial construction projects.
Applicable project experience for this Project Manager could include a work history of multifamily, education, multifamily, hospitality, mid / high-rise or a diverse commercial background.

Project Manager Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Projects of $10MM or more desirable
- Stable work history
- Strong ground-up commercial construction experience (renovation work will also highly considered)
Project Manager Responsibilities :
- Ensuring project success including safety, schedule, profitability, quality and customer satisfaction
- Assuring business development with client contacts, relationships, proposals, presentations and negotiations
- Establish professional working relationships with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors
- Administering contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements, purchase order agreements, etc.
- Coordination with the appropriate team members and business clientele
