Your Role in Shaping the Future :

As a Demand Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our demand forecast process. You'll be the bridge between demand planning and other key departments like Supply Planning, Purchasing, and Manufacturing, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

Here's what you'll be doing :

• Driving Consensus : Facilitate a consensus demand management process by gathering and utilizing demand information, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
• Solving Challenges : Utilize your analytical prowess to identify and fix potential issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
• Process Improvement : Be a champion of continuous improvement, defining process metrics, developing detailed process flow diagrams, and optimizing our forecasting system.
• Collaboration : Engage in regular communication with production sites, discussing schedules, and addressing any raw material concerns to keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Bring to the Table :

Educational Background : A BA or BS degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field is required.

An MBA, Masters, or APICS certifications are preferred.

• Experience : 2+ years of experience in a supply chain analysis, preferably in manufacturing industries like foods, consumer products, or beverages. Demand Planning is a plus.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle is a plus, along with intermediate skills in MS Excel, including pivot tables and vlook-ups.
• Analytical Mindset : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Location : 100% in person role at the headquarters.
