Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) is a global organization that sits within Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS), and is a center of excellence with the charter to drive high quality, customer-first communications that accelerate business growth through optimized go to market solutions and the development of best-in-class MarTech products and processes.

We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager of Product Development to join our Marketing Enablement and Transformation team to lead product development efforts as part of a multi-year technology transformation initiative focused on bringing new capabilities and solutions for our U.

S. marketing organization.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Development : Define the high-level strategic direction of the product(s) you will own, outlining the product vision, goals & roadmap milestones.
  • Discovery : Lead customer discovery efforts across multiple stakeholder teams to understand needs, challenges and opportunities.
  • Capability & Feature Definition : Translate needs into a prioritized list of technical capabilities and features that will be used to drive solutioning and development activities in partnership with engineering.
  • Development & Implementation : Coordinate product releases, lead accepting testing efforts andmonitor post launch performance of features.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a product management / product owner function
  • Experience working within Agile software development methodologies and supporting tools and frameworks.
  • Highly skilled communicator both orally and via documented artifacts.
  • Experience with complex and integrated product technology stacks.
  • Comfort in leading and influencing discussions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to successfully manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Ability to quickly pivot and reprioritize as business strategies demand.
  • Passion for marketing technologies and the evolving external technology landscape.
  • Previous Salesforce or Adobe experience a plus.

Salary Range : $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
