Job Title : Heavy Duty Mechanic

Location : Casper, WY

Job Type : Full-time

Hours : 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday

Salary : 24 - 30 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Job Description :

Adecco is currently helping a local client in Casper, WY seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Mechanic with 2-4 years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in hydraulic systems, engine repairs, transmission work, and power end repairs. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal guidance and communicate effectively with team members and management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in heavy equipment.
• Perform repairs on hydraulic systems, engines, transmissions, and power ends.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on heavy machinery.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repair tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices in the workplace.
• Provide guidance and support to junior mechanics as needed.

Qualifications :

• 2-4 years of experience as a Heavy Duty Mechanic or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, engines, and transmissions.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy equipment.
• Relevant certifications or training in heavy equipment mechanics are a plus.

Pay Details : 24.00 to 30.00 per hour
