About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapy Assistant Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Days Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Experience : New Graduates are welcome;
SNF experience preferred License : Must include license verification with application Certifications : N / A Must-Have : Resume and license verification Job Description : Provide support and assistance under the direction of a Physical Therapist in a professional and caring manner.
- Assist patients with exercises and therapeutic treatments to improve mobility and function.- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to plan and implement patient care strategies.- Ensure all patient interactions are performed in a safe and respectful manner.
- Adhere to prescribed COVID-19 testing protocols prior to start date.- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exhibit effective communication skills with patients and healthcare staff.- Maintain compliance with professional, regulatory, and organizational standards.
