Women's Services Nurse - Labor and Post-Partum Care - PRN (Hiring Immediately)

Navarro Regional Hospital’s Women’s Services department is now hiring a PRN

Registered Nurse to work in our thriving department at our 162 bed acute care

hospital. The unit consist of 5 Labor rooms and 9 Post-partum doing an average

of 50 deliveries per month.

What You Will Do

Job Duties :

• Monitor the laboring patient
• Assist with delivery of infant or infants
• Administer IV medication along with anesthesia and pain management medication
• Implements safetyinfection control measures
• Continuously educates patient and families

Minimum Requirements :

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Texas Nursing License
• At least 1 year of womens services experience
• BCLS & ACLS upon hire

Preferred Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• NRP, STABLE, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Intermediate andor Advanced certification
