Our client is seeking a highly motivated andexperienced Tax Manager / Senior Manager to join our growingconstruction company in Tustin CA.
As a Tax Manager / Senior Manageryou will be responsible for managing all aspects of tax complianceand planning for the company.
This is a fulltime position withcompetitive salary and benefits.
A typical dayas a Tax Manager / Senior Manager for the Tustin CA office mightinclude the following :
- Work withstaff to ensure individual and business tax returns are completedcorrectly and by the required deadline.
- Reviewapprove and sign tax returns for release toclients.
- Coach or mentor a staff member toassist with enhancing their skills and further developing theircareer.
- Gather relevant taxrelated informationfrom the client so an accurate tax return can beprepared.
- Look at tax situations from variousangles to ensure the maximum tax benefit isapplied.
- Network build relationships andattract new clients or business for theFirm.
- Bill clients for the services andguidance provided.

- You have knowledgeof and exposure to a variety of industries and the ability to reada financial statement.
- In addition to all ofthis you hold an active CPA license and have 57 years of experiencein public accounting tax work
- Experience in theConstruction or Manufacturing industry
