Maine Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Occupational Medicine / Urgent Care Locum Tenens - Lewiston, Oxford, Augusta & Scarborough Locations

Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Maine licensed Nurse Practitioners (NPs) available to join well-established OccMed / Urgent Care clinics in Lewiston, Oxford, Augusta & Scarborough beginning in October.

Ideally, we are seeking turnkey providers available to float between clinics in the area depending on schedule needs 3-4 days per week.

Clinics are open Monday - Friday from (7 : 00am - 4 : 00pm) or (8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm). We'll certainly offer mileage reimbursement for your travels.

Opportunity Specifics :

• Contract Type : Locum Tenens
• Setting : Outpatient Urgent Care / Occupational Medicine
• Patient Mix : Scheduled and Walk-In Patients (All Ages)
• Schedule :
• Various - 3 to 4 days / week
• Operating Hours : Monday - Friday (7 : 00 am-4 : 00 pm) or (8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm)
• NO Weekend Coverage

Core Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and treat work-related injuries.
• Perform pre-placement DOT, Public safety, and surveillance physical examinations for varied private companies and governmental agencies.
• Evaluate and treat urgent care patients on a walk-in basis.
• Perform in-office procedures, communicate with employers and provide medical guidance.

Provider Requirements :

• Current Maine State License & DEA
• Active DOT Certification
• Must be available to treat patients of all ages We offer weekly pay, exceptional malpractice coverage, and a dedicated team of in-house credentialing specialists and travel coordinators to ensure this assignment fits seamlessly into your practice schedule.
