Day to day as a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician

As a new Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician at RISE UP FOR AUTISM, you can expect to have a rewarding and fulfilling experience.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will primarily involve working directly with children on the autism spectrum to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.

You will provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions, collect data on behavior progress, and assist with skill acquisition in areas such as communication, social interactions, and daily living skills.

You will collaborate and communicate with a team of professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), to ensure consistency and effectiveness in treatment plans.

As an essential part of our team, you will be responsible for accurately documenting and reporting on each session's progress.
