Roofing Superintendent

Are you an experienced leader in the roofing industry looking to take your career to the next level? Our client is seeking a Roofing Superintendent to oversee multi-site projects, lead field crews, and ensure the highest quality workmanship from start to finish. If you're driven, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to talk to you!

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple roofing projects across various locations
  • Manage crews, schedule labor, and ensure job site safety and efficiency
  • Maintain strong communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Ensure all work orders are executed according to plan, budget, and quality standards
  • Evaluate staffing needs and work with the team to allocate resources effectively
  • Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely project completion
  • Any other duties or tasks that may be asked of you

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Roofing Superintendent or similar leadership role
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple job sites
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to motivate and lead teams to success
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, materials, and tools related to roofing
