A General Manager for Greco must have the ability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities, have a keen eye for details, and above all, put the guest first.

We seek a self-starter to lead the operations of a new, Class A, luxury apartment building in West Saint Paul, MN. An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the responsibilities listed below.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Hire, mentor, train, and manage a large staff that ensures the guest experience is the highest priority
• Ensure leasing goals are met and work in tandem with the Leasing Director regarding marketing, availability, and pricing
• Ensure budgeted occupancy, revenue growth, and expense control expectations are met and / or exceeded
• Initiate opportunities to create and foster a Sense of Community for all guests and resolve guest issues expediently with exceptional customer service
• Assist in monthly financial package including P&L reconciliation and variance reporting
• Assist in creating an annual operating budget based off of actual performance, industry projections / trends and aggressive YOY growth schedule
• Operate within the parameters of the approved annual budget
• Work with support team members to ensure all administrative functions are performed at the site
• Bring forward creative ideas that will benefit guests and stakeholders
