Responsibilities : I / UX Design :
I / UX Design :
- Develop and refine user interfaces for Omatochi’s digital products, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement design solutions that meet user needs and align with business goals.
- Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Assist with website edits and other design needs for the website.
Marketing :
- Create visual content for marketing campaigns, including digital and print materials.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and effectively communicate Omatochi’s mission and services.
- Assist in developing and executing outreach strategies to engage our target audience.
App Design through MVP :
- Collaborate on the design process for Omatochi’s mobile app, from concept to MVP (Minimum Viable Product).
- Ensure that the app’s design aligns with user needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring the app from design to launch.
ECM Phone Call Support :
- Assist with making Enhanced Care Management (ECM) phone calls, ensuring effective communication with clients and partners.
- Document call outcomes and follow up as needed to maintain service quality.
Office Phone Assistance :
- Provide support for the office phone, managing calls efficiently and ensuring inquiries are directed to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
Internal Operations Support :
- Assist with various internal operations tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
- Participate in team meetings, project planning, and other collaborative activities.
Community Outreach
- Collaborate closely with the internal team, community centers and others to spread the word for our services.
- Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay informed about the latest developments in social services and care management
- Work with the COS and COO on all outreach efforts.
