GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY :

The Grounds Management Technician position encompasses a wide range of duties for commercial property(s). The Associate is responsible for the care of assets managed by the firm. We expect maintaining the highest professional standards when you perform your assigned duties and responsibilities. Our success as a business entity is directly related to the quality of the services we provide. Your contact with tenants, prospective tenants, owners, and vendors is guided by these standards including positive, supportive, friendly behavior and service.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS / CORE TASKS :

• Assists with preventative maintenance tasks and work order management for the assigned properties
• Remove litter, debris, and weeds from walkways, parking lots and green spaces
• Clear snow and ice from sidewalks
• Inspect grounds for safety hazards and report accordingly
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
• Perform minor repairs to as directed by management
• Completes timely, accurate production of all required paperwork and reporting
• Works closely with contractors, vendors, and the Property Management teams
• May perform other duties as assigned
