Director of Sales and Marketing

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead weekly team trainings, ensuring continuous improvement and knowledge enhancement
  • Review sales calls to identify opportunities for improvement and training, driving ongoing team development
  • Create a roadmap for improved client acquisition, revenue generation, and market penetration through sales and marketing efforts
  • Enhance processes for increased efficiency and team success through lead generation and close percentages
  • Educate the team on advanced sales and marketing strategies, ensuring a shared understanding of best practices
  • Determine staffing needs and hire new team members as we reach capacity
  • Set quarterly and monthly goals for revenue generation and market penetration, driving financial success
  • Contribute to company leadership meetings in setting goals and direction for sales and marketing
  • Oversee and shape the strategic direction of the sales and marketing team to drive client success and satisfaction
  • Develop and mentor sales and marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Utilize data analytics to assess team and marketing performance, implementing improvements and innovations

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5+ years of sales and marketing experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills
  • Creative problem solver and willing to get scrappy to achieve goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to the overall business strategy
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced in CRM platforms
  • Proficient in Google Suite
