Responsibilities :
- Provide personalized care and support for residents with daily activities and personal hygiene
- Respond to patient call lights and attend to their needs promptly
- Ensure residents receive appropriate diet based on their preferences and restrictions
- Record vital signs as required and communicate any changes in condition to the nurse in charge
Qualifications :
- Current CNA certification
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for residents
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
