Volt is hiring Machine Operators and Fabricators for a leading manufacturing company in Woodland, CA.

As a Machine Operator, you will :

• Operation of all equipment related to obtaining, packaging, processing, weighing, and storing finished products.
• Weighing and processing of all sub-standard products generated by a production run.
• Assist and train operators in the operation of all equipment related to obtaining, packaging, processing, weighing, and storing finished products.
• Consistently perform work safely and efficiently with relation to machinery and co-workers at all times. Adhere to and follow all safety rules and safe work methods
• Maintain a clean, orderly area at all times and return supplies and equipment to assigned

As a Fabricator, you will :

• Must be able to work on "C shift" 11pm - 7am and train on "A shift" 7am-3pm
• Reading Blueprints and Schematics, Understanding detailed schematics and assembly instructions.
• Operating hand tools and power tools to trim, cut, and fit components.
• Aligning components and connecting them with bolts, screws, or welding.
• Ensuring all parts are properly fitted and meet quality standards.

This is a Full-Time Temp to hire opportunity. Multiple shifts are available.

The ideal candidate will have :

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and lift or push weights up to fifty (50) pounds for prolonged periods during assigned work shifts.
• Manual dexterity as needed to operate machinery and equipment and complete assigned tasks.
• Ability to adhere to company policies and rules.
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions, moving mechanical parts and vibrations, and tolerate exposure to typical noises associated with plant operations.

Pay Rate : $19.00 / hr. Shift differentials apply. Pay will increase once converted to the client. Max ($26.26) first year.

The pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
