Project Manager Salary Range : $80,000 - $140,000

Company Overview : A leading construction firm specializing in the development of innovative and high-quality commercial spaces in a diverse array of industries from hospitality, education, healthcare, and warehouse and storage.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of our ground up commercial onstruction projects.

Project Manager Job Description : We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction and a focus on restaurant projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex construction projects, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Project Manager Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of restaurant construction projects
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules
• Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Manage subcontractors and construction crews to ensure quality standards
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction

Project Manager Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, specifically with restaurant projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and industry standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Knowledge of local building codes, health regulations, and safety standards
