Requirements :

• 10+ years of project management experience in new single-family home construction (and / or remodeling)
• Interest in being an advocate for owner-builder clients. Candidates must have :
• Well-established and strong relationships with sub-contractors and vendors / suppliers serving the San Antonio and surrounding areas
• Solid business, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient computer and writing skills are a must
• Team player orientation
