Job Responsibilities :
Serving as a single point of contact to customers after a project becomes an order
Developing, tracking, and updating multiple project schedules in a fast-paced environment
Coordinating field measurements, finish details, and site readiness documentation, integrating with Wenger's manufacturing schedule
Communicating all project changes and resolution with appropriate Wenger Corporation team members
Interacting in a professional manner with all designers, engineers, production personnel, contractors, or customers involved with the same or related projects in cross functional team environment
Coordination with the internal project team (engineering, manufacturing and installation) for the planning and execution of the projects
Coordinating submittals of documents including drawing coordination, product sample submittal and others as required
Site readiness coordination with contractor and other trades
Developing, tracking, updating and reporting on the contract schedule of values
Executing activities in order to achieve scope of bid and contract documents.
Requirements :
Associate degree and / or 2 years of experience in Project Management
