Conduct objective, rigorous analytics to help the business improve profitability through expense reduction. Optimize schedules based on business needs and labor standards, ensuring resource allocation aligns with demand. Utilize Virtual Roster, UKG Basic, and / or UKG Advanced to manage scheduling and timekeeping systems. Contributes to the presentation of operating financial results for assigned areas. Communicate conclusions, implications, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. Analyze standard reporting and conduct in-depth analysis to provide insight on customer behavior. Prepares post analysis to measure success and make recommendations to improve based on results. Non-Gaming Analytical Support
Executes day-to-day analytical support to operating departments including, but not exclusive to, food & beverage, retail, and entertainment.
- Develop and maintain management reports which reflect clear, accurate and concise data analysis.
- Provide short-term / quick turnaround support for analysis requests at the direction of department leader(s).
- Regularly synthesize large amounts of data into actionable recommendations and presentations for management review.
- Proactively identifies revenue and cost savings opportunities.
- Provides analytical support for budgeting and forecasting.
