As a Product Manager for Business to Consumer (B2C) payments, you will have the opportunity to define and deliver new payment rails, client experience and drive new growth for the business.

As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value.

Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. Job responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Work directly with engineering and other internal teams to build and deliver the products
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Technology, Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Risk Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Strong product management skills to focus on a customer first mindset, lean product thinking and a focus on product adoption
  • Strong client-interface skills with an ability to observe and identify client problems and ideate solutions
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Working experience with Visa OCT and Mastercard Send etc.
  • An outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written), work well in cross-functional teams, and coach and development of other team members
  • Strong project management, analytical, detail oriented, problem solving, and communication skills with both internal and external partners
  • Work incredibly well with cross-functional partners and in a matrix environment including partnering with Product, Sales, Analytics and Design teams to recognize key growth areas for the business and emerging client needs
  • People Manager Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Working experience with card payments or alternative payment rails like Zelle, and PayPal etc.
