A company is looking for a Director of Pricing and Packaging.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute comprehensive pricing, packaging, and growth strategies aligned with long-term business goals

Lead the development of innovative pricing models and product growth initiatives using data-driven insights

Foster collaboration across teams to ensure seamless execution of monetization strategies

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in pricing or monetization, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role

Demonstrated success in designing company-wide pricing and packaging strategies with measurable outcomes

Extensive experience in SaaS or technology industries with a deep understanding of global markets

Proven experience with billing systems and product-led growth pricing models

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
