A company is looking for an AR Collections Specialist (remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily collections activities for assigned retail accounts, prioritizing past-due balances
Conduct outbound collection communications and document all interactions in the AR system
Reconcile customer accounts, resolve billing disputes, and maintain aging reports for leadership
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of B2B Collections experience is strongly preferred
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Experience with D&B, GetPaid, JD Edwards, MS Dynamics, and Vertex is a plus
