3x12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, includes every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Step down experience required License : RN License Certifications : BLS, ACLS Must-Have : - Step down experience - BLS and ACLS certifications Job Description : - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a step-down unit - Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute care plans - Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as required - Document patient care and maintain accurate records - Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions - Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff - Participate in ongoing professional development and training
