THE INS AND OUTS OF THE POSITION :

Schedule : This full-time position operates during standard working hours

As a Business Development Representative, you start your day by reporting to the regional sales manager, strategically focusing on generating profitable corporate housing opportunities year- round.

Friendly and helpful, you engage with clients to understand their strategic initiatives and create maximum economic impact for their organizations.

A driven go-getter, you spend the majority of your day generating revenue through new business opportunities, utilizing a consultative selling approach, cold-calling prospects, and building relationships with key decision-makers.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED :

  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of professional sales experience in the hotel / hospitality industry
  • Experience in sales
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proven business development experience and a hunter mentality, including cold-calling prospects

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in the hospitality industry
  • An ownership mindset
