A law firm in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Mid-level Structured Finance Associate Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs).
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties :
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to structured finance transactions, securitization, and CLOs.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents including offering memoranda, agreements, and disclosures.
- Assist in due diligence processes and prepare related reports for clients.
- Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and business professionals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies.
- Participate in meetings, conference calls, and other firm-related activities as required.
- Handle additional duties and projects as assigned by supervising attorneys.
Requirements :
- JD degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in California (active and in good standing).
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in structured finance, securitization, and CLOs at a reputable law firm.
- Strong analytical and writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and sound business judgment.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
