Role Overview :
Join an expanding home health team as a Traveling Physical Therapist serving pediatric and geriatric patients in Fairfield County, CT.
Compensation : $55.00 / HR
Location : Fairfield County, Connecticut
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9 am-5 pm (school hours + home visits)
Responsibilities :
149; Conducting home visits for geriatric patients
149; Working with developmental disability students in a school setting
149; Performing evaluations, developing treatment plans
149; Educating patients / families on rehab activities
149; Documenting visits in the EMR system
Qualifications :
149; PT degree from an accredited program
149; CT PT license
149; 1+ years of home health experience
149; Strong communication skills
149; Comfort with technology
