We are seeking dynamic and forward-thinking Nurse Practitioners (PNP-FNP) or Physician Assistants with Urgent Care certification for our Pediatric Urgent Care clinics in the Dallas / Fort Worth area.

In this role, you'll work closely with site physicians and collaborate with our dedicated clinic team to provide age-appropriate care.

You'll follow established protocols and take on independent responsibilities for assessing, diagnosing, and initiating treatment and procedures.

DFW West Region Openings :

Full Time, Part Time and PRN

Requires floating to regional clinics : Alliance, Arlington, Hulen, and Mansfield

Clinic Hours of Operation :

Monday-Friday : 12pm - 9pm

Saturday-Sunday : 9pm - 5pm

Requirements :

• Urgent Care Experience : Preferred, with a strong background in fast-paced clinical settings.
• Pediatric Assessment & Treatment : At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (PNP or FNP) or Physician Assistant, with a focus on pediatric care.
• Urgent Care Procedures : Proficiency in laceration repair, initial fracture management, and reduction of nursemaid's elbow.
• Regulatory Knowledge : Familiarity with OSHA and CLIA guidelines, office tasks, confidentiality, and filing systems.
• Licensing : Current, valid, unencumbered RN license from the Texas Board of Nursing.
• Certification : Active certification by national certifying bodies recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing (PNP-BC, FNP-BC) or NCCPA.
• PALS Certification : Current certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
