Infinity Natural Resources is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across various aspects of the employee lifecycle.

This role will be onsite in our Morgantown, WV office location. What You Will Be Doing : Support the administration of employee benefits, leave of absence, and accommodation programs, along with managing worker’s compensation and unemployment claims, and handling employment verifications.
Collaborate with vendors to resolve any benefits-related issues. Process employee payroll ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, accurate record-keeping, and resolving payroll discrepancies.
Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance.
Support the recruitment process end to end, from creating job postings and reviewing applications to scheduling interviews, conducting background and reference checks, and extending offers.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and training and development.
Perform other duties as assigned. Your Background : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
SHRM or HRCI certification desirable but not required. Minimum 3+ years of experience in a hands-on HR role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment-related laws and regulations. Experience with payroll administration preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, contractors, vendors, and key stakeholders.
Must be able to perform light work exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally and / or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
See, hear, talk and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity; kneel, sit, stand, walk, crouch, stoop, reach, pull, push and other similar, repetitive tasks requiring physical activity.
