Full Time Physical Therapist

New Grads welcome! Salary range : $75,000 - $95,000 / yr
Location : Sun City Center, Florida
Overview : We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.
You will work with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine therapy needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical assessments.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other modalities.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle changes to support recovery and prevent future injuries.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices through ongoing education and training.
Qualifications :
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Previous experience in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
