Full-time and part-time available

As a Barista, you will have the responsibility of serving plates, glasses and silverware, refilling beverages, and cleaning tables.

Ultimately, you will ensure daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Duties and Responsibilities Include :

Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers; selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies;

preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks

Prepare and serve drinks that meet quality standards

Properly handle and maintain all equipment

Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner

Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings

Observe relevant health and safety standards

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) :

Interests in coffee program, must be passionate about coffee

Active TABC and ServSafe certification required

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Retail, hospitality, and / or customer service experience preferred

Strong ability to multitask

Ability to problem solve quickly

Strong customer service and communication skills

Physical Requirements :

Prolonged periods of being on your feet per shift.

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
