Location : Beaverton, Oregon

Are you an experienced Office Manager looking to make a significant impact in a thriving in-home care agency? We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our new office in Beaverton.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the growth of our newest location while playing a vital role in improving the lives of our clients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities :

Office Leadership : Oversee and manage all aspects of daily office operations, ensuring efficiency in scheduling, record-keeping, invoicing, and maintaining up-to-date client and caregiver information.

Administrative Management : Lead and mentor a team of administrative staff, and caregivers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Strategic Marketing : Drive our marketing initiatives by crafting and executing strategies that enhance our agency's visibility and reputation within the local community.

Manage social media presence and develop content that resonates with our audience.

Community Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and senior centers to elevate our presence and connect with potential clients.

Growth & Development : Work closely with senior management to spearhead the expansion of our office. Identify growth opportunities and implement strategic plans to achieve our business objectives.

Team Empowerment : Cultivate a supportive workplace culture, encouraging teamwork, open communication, and ongoing professional development.

Financial Oversight : Contribute to budget planning and financial management, ensuring that our operations are both cost-effective and aligned with our service quality standards.

Performance Reporting : Regularly assess and report on office activities, marketing outcomes, and community engagement to guide strategic decisions.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all office activities align with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Demonstrated experience in office management, marketing, or community relations.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

Excellent organizational abilities, with a knack for multitasking and meeting deadlines.

Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective marketing and community interaction.

Proficiency in Google Suite and social media platforms.

Experience in the in-home care or healthcare sector is a plus.

Familiarity with Oregon healthcare regulations and local networks is advantageous.

Experience with Well Sky software is preferred but not required.
