Position description

The Behavioral Decision Making (BDM) Area of the UCLA Anderson School of Management is seeking to fill a position at the assistant professor level starting in the 2025-26 academic year.

As Assistant Professor, the final candidate will teach courses at the Anderson School of Management. They will conduct research related to behavioral decision making and advise students.

They will also serve on departmental and university committees. In evaluating applications, the search committee seeks evidence of outstanding research and teaching potential.

Candidates must have a a Ph.D. (or equivalent) and have held a tenure-track or non-tenured associate position.

e., those to whom the department or other hiring unit would like to extend a formal offer) considered for Academic Senate faculty positions will be subject to targeted employment reference checks.
