QuadMed is looking for a Physician Assistant to join our team at our Quad clinic in Sussex, WI. Work with a tight-knit team to provide exceptional on-site Primary Care to our patients!
Clinic Hours : Monday and Wednesday-Friday : 7a-5p; Tuesday : 7a-7p
Schedule : 40hrs / wk
Job Requirements :
- The successful candidate will have completed a Master's Degree level Physician Assistant program from an accredited college / university.
- Active and unrestricted applicable licensure and National Board Certification
- Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care
- NPI & DEA
- Background in working with pediatric patients a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
