Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a knack for administrative and analytical tasks? The Lane County Clerk's Division, located at 275 W 10th Ave, Eugene, is on the lookout for a talented Administrative Analyst to enhance our dynamic team.
As an Administrative Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our County Clerk’s Office.
Your responsibilities will span various areas including :
- Records Management : Overseeing the accurate recording and efficient management of public records.
- Public Records Requests : Handling and processing requests for public information with professionalism and accuracy.
- Website Maintenance : Updating and maintaining our Recording website to ensure current and accessible information.
- Procedure Development : Assisting in the creation and refinement of office procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Elections Conduct : Supporting the planning and execution of local elections with a keen eye for detail.
What We’re Looking For :
- Experience : Previous experience in a County Clerk, Recorder, or Election Office is highly desirable.
- Financial Acumen : Strong skills in financial management and accounting to support budgetary and financial tasks.
- Organizational Skills : Exceptional organizational abilities with a track record of managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks.
- Analytical Abilities : A keen analytical mind to handle complex administrative and logistical challenges.

The County Clerk’s office plays a pivotal role in our community’s governance, overseeing essential functions that impact every Lane County resident.
Lane County, the fourth most populous county in Oregon, encompasses a diverse landscape extending from the Pacific Ocean to the Cascade Mountains.
Our county seat, Eugene, is the state’s second most populous city. Lane County offers a vibrant community for living, working, and recreation, along with an excellent benefits package.
Schedule : 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm; Monday - Friday. Overtime and restricted time off periods during peak election season(s).

Training :
Equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, public administration, organizational analysis, accounting, finance, or a related field.
Experience :
- One year of responsible administrative staff support and analytical experience.
- An equivalent combination of experience and training that will demonstrate the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.
