Team Sales Leads help in setting the company’s selling standards and providing coaching and direction to Sales Associates.
They are in charge of keeping the sales floor presentable and delegating daily projects, as well as being focused, nurturing, and have the ability to train others.
TSLs also assist the Store Managers and Assistant Managers in Operations. (i.e. returns, defects, transfers, action memos, direct all activities required to achieve store goals, including sales objectives, customer service, mentoring and retention of sales staff, and loss prevention, and merchandising).
Enthusiastic attitude is key!
Responsibilities
Staffing : shift management, leading others
Customer service : ensures customer remains the top priority
Delivery Results : inventory control, selling strategies
Merchandising : Meets Rally House visual standards; floor moves and merchandising; organizing, game-planning and execution

Ability to lead other others, Able to communicate with others in a clear and confident manner, Detail oriented, Enthusiastic attitude, Functional skills required to make basic use of digital devices and online applications, Growth mindset, Outgoing
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age; 1-2 years of retail experience; training and coaching experience preferred.
Required to stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls;
reach with hands and arms; differentiate colors. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
