BridgeBio is looking for a Sr. Manager / Associate Director, Market Access Marketing to support the tactical execution of the Market Access strategies for all of BridgeBio’s portfolio of Commercialized assets.

This encompasses all aspects of Market Access Marketing : payer accounts, patient support services, pricing and contracting, trade and distribution, and field reimbursement.

This individual will play a critical role in pull through of Market Access Strategies by leading the development of all supporting Market Access collateral, such as payer value presentations, journal ads, patient support services education material, websites, and internal training pieces.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive market access strategies in coordination with Market Access leaders and brand leaders to achieve market access objectives and goals
  • Serve as the market access marketing lead responsible for all Market Access marketing tactics, including but not limited to payer value proposition, payer communications, patient services, field reimbursement support, trade and distribution, and pricing and reimbursement support
  • Develop and update payer value proposition to engage payer customers in their decision-making based on clinical and economic value
  • Work with the patient services team closely to establish and deliver strong patient support messages to patients, HCPs, and office practice managers
  • Lead creative and updates to patient services websites through the product lifecycle
  • Drive review of key market access marketing materials through the medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) or promotional review committee (PRC) review and approval process
  • Oversee and manage agency partner relationships, day-to-day activities, and related expense budgets
  • Drive effective and efficient cross-functional collaboration and alignment with partners, including but not limited to Market Access, Marketing, Medical, Analytics, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Sales, and Training
  • Interface and present to senior leadership on Market Access marketing updates
  • Lead customer value partnership opportunities in collaboration with external-facing teams such as Medical

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of Biotech / Pharma experience
  • Strong US Market Access experience required, in particular, experience working closely with the market access team, payer marketing, and patient support programs
  • Rare Disease experience preferred
  • Track record of developing successful marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with marketing agency partners
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Operational knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment in pharma industry
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Consistently delivers high-quality results under tight timelines
  • Proven self-starter; ability and eagerness to work independently, to work under pressure, and to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborates effortlessly to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships to align on strategy and tactical execution pull-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • 15 20% Travel

The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, educational background, location of residence and performance during the interview process.
