Minimum Qualifications :
- Associate's degree in Engineering or a related field, plus 4 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to understand and utilize HAAS CNC milling & turning equipment and programming.
- Understanding of G-code is a plus.
- Possess strong organizational skills as well as good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Experience working with machine operators to identify weaknesses in current processes and develop better processes with SOPs.
- Understanding of material properties, basic understanding of GD&T, and tolerance analysis.
