Job Title : Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Description
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for receiving, processing, and verifying invoices for various manufacturing and distribution sites.
Key responsibilities include processing payments in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner, performing day-to-day financial transactions, reconciling the accounts payable ledger, maintaining records of amounts owed, and assisting in research discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
The role also involves ensuring that month-end accounts payable close processes are completed in a timely manner and maintaining organized filing and documentation control.

This is a fully on-site position in Florence, New Jersey.
Work Environment
This role is 100% on-site at the corporate office in Florence, NJ. The AP Clerk will work on a team of 4 and report to the AP Manager.
