Responsibilities
The Psychiatric Social Worker (LMSW / LCSW) will :
- Complete structured clinical interview with all new patients
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care
- Document all patient care in electronic medical record
- Participate in CQI projects
- Provide consultation to primary care providers
Qualifications
- Active LMSW or LCSW in the State of New Jersey
- Bilingual, English and Spanish
- 1+ year of experience
- Ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized
- Excellent attention to detail
