Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Rex Hospitality Group located in Greater Houston. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, developing and implementing strategies to meet financial goals, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
The ideal candidate will have multi-outlet experience or well versed in private events and programming as well as operations.

Qualifications
- 3 years in a General Manager or Director role is preferred
- Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning skills
- Financial Management and Budgeting skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Hospitality Industry and Trends
- Experience in Operations Management and Customer Service
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve
- TABC and Food Handlers certification
