Sales Designer – Kitchen & Bath Industry

Location : Feasterville, PA

Our client, a well-established kitchen and bath remodeling company, is seeking a Sales Designer to join their talented and motivated team. What You’ll Do

• Meet with prospective clients in the showroom and in their homes to learn their design goals, lifestyle needs, and budget.
• Use 2020 Design or ProKitchen software to create accurate, compelling kitchen and bath designs.
• Guide clients through cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, finishes, and design options with confidence and expertise.
• Present proposals including floor plans, renderings, and product recommendations.
• Collaborate with the in-house installation team and project manager to ensure designs are practical, buildable, and aligned with construction requirements.
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the process to build trust and ensure satisfaction.
• Meet individual sales goals while supporting the company’s overall growth.

Stay current on design trends, product innovations, and remodeling best practices.

Qualifications

NKBA certification or similar industry credentials are a plus (not required).
