Our team is growing and looking for an experienced
Business Development Specialist
North / Northwest Houston
Responsibilities :
- Establish, cultivate, and maintain a rapport and ongoing channel for professional referrals.
- Interface with physicians and their staff to improve communication and understanding of the needs and wants of the agency.
- Identify issues and concerns from referral sources and communicate them back to the agency.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum ( 1) year of healthcare marketing experience; preferably in home health.
- Medical contacts in the North and Northwest Houston area with an established book of business.
- Possesses the ability to seek out new methods and principles and is willing to incorporate them into existing practices.
- Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal and non-verbal).
- Self-motivated and able to establish, maintain, and cultivate professional relationships with referral sources.
